Project Management Mentoring

To help jump-start the process changes required to move to new levels of design and development performance, our consultants are available to mentor individuals, project teams or large scale system initiatives on the application of Axiomatic Design technology. In this role we are found leading design meetings, documenting functional decomposition trees and conducting design and design process reviews.

Project mentoring rates are $2,850/ day plus travel expenses. There is a $1,500 per trip international travel surcharge.
